rachel is a classically trained musician who now makes indie psyche-drone-pop music. her clothing designs are based on deconstruction and reconstruction to make creative and original pieces. her accessories are all handmade including scarves, wristbands and neckwarmers. each clothing item or accessory is one of a kind. she has been crafting collages and taking photographs since the age of 8. she started ceramic hand building in 1995 and soon discovered the lovely mess she could make with paint. in 1996 she was encouraged by a dear friend who supplied her with her first oils and canvas. currently, she is working on a series inspired by abstract expressionism. special color requests for paintings in this series are welcome.
